Applying for Work From Home
Learn how employees submit WFH requests with date range, reason, and supporting documents.
Employees can submit work-from-home requests directly from HRORA using a simple WFH application form.
How to Apply for Work From Home
- Log in to HRORA
- Go to Work From Home Module from the main menu
- Click Apply Work From Home
- Fill in the request details
- Upload a supporting document if required
- Click Apply

When to Upload a Document
- Emergency situations
- Medical reasons
- Travel restrictions
- Personal circumstances requiring approval support
After Submission
- WFH request status is set to Applied
- Reporting manager receives a notification for review
- Employee can track status from the WFH Dashboard
