Employees can submit work-from-home requests directly from HRORA using a simple WFH application form.

How to Apply for Work From Home

  1. Log in to HRORA
  2. Go to Work From Home Module from the main menu
  3. Click Apply Work From Home
  4. Fill in the request details
  5. Upload a supporting document if required
  6. Click Apply

When to Upload a Document

  • Emergency situations
  • Medical reasons

After Submission

  • WFH request status is set to Applied
  • Reporting manager receives a notification for review
  • Employee can track status from the WFH Dashboard
