Ticket Details and Actions
View complete ticket information and take actions like status change, reassign, and comment.
The Ticket Details page shows complete information for a selected ticket and provides all available actions.
How to Open Ticket Details
- Go to All Ticket List
- Click the ticket or click View from the action menu
Information Displayed

| Assignment | Assigned to, department, approver |
| Classification | Category, sub-category, client, project |
| Stakeholders | All stakeholders added to the ticket |

| Comments | All comments and work notes |
Available Actions

| Change Status | Update ticket to New, In Progress, On Hold, Resolved |

| Reassign / Forward | Transfer ticket to another employee |
