After HR reviews the candidate's submitted profile, background verification can be initiated.
What Gets Verified
- Identity (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport)
- Education qualifications and certificates
- Previous employment and experience
- Professional certifications
- Document authenticity
Verification Status Options

|---|---|
| Pending | Verification not yet started |
| In Progress | Verification is underway |
| Clear | All documents verified successfully |
| Unclear | Issues found during verification |
| Rejected | Candidate fails verification |
| Need More Information | Additional documents required |
HR Actions
- Approve verification
- Reject verification
- Request additional documents from candidate
- Add verification remarks
Result
Once background verification is marked as Clear, HR can proceed to generate or upload an offer letter.
