Once background verification is clear, HR can generate or upload an offer letter for the candidate.

Offer Letter Options

Option 1 โ€” Generate from HRORA HRORA generates the offer letter automatically using candidate and role details.

Option 2 โ€” Upload Prepared Letter HR uploads an externally prepared offer letter document.

  • Candidate Name
  • Designation
  • Department
  • Joining Date
  • Compensation Details
  • Work Location
  • Reporting Manager
  • Terms and Conditions

Candidate Offer Acceptance

  1. HRORA notifies the candidate by email
  2. Candidate logs in to the portal
  3. Candidate views and downloads the offer letter
  4. Candidate clicks Accept Offer

Result

Once the candidate accepts the offer, the record is marked Offer Accepted and is ready for employee conversion.
