HRORA collects and stores all candidate documents in one place during the onboarding process.

  • Passport (with expiry date)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card

Education Documents

  • Degree certificates
  • Mark sheets

Experience Documents

  • Experience letters
  • Relieving letters

Certification Documents

  • Professional certificates
  • Supporting documents

Other

  • Resume
  • Offer letter (after generation)

How Documents Are Uploaded

  1. Candidate logs in to the HRORA Candidate Portal
  2. Opens the relevant section (Personal, Education, Experience, Certifications)
  3. Uploads the required document
  4. Clicks Save

HR Document Review

HR can view all uploaded documents from the Candidate List using View Documents action.

Ensure all documents are clear, legible, and in the correct format before submitting for review.
