Scheduling Interviews
Schedule HR and Technical interview rounds and track evaluation results.
After creating a candidate, HR can schedule one or more interview rounds inside HRORA.
Interview Rounds Available
- HR Round โ Evaluates communication, availability, notice period, and general suitability
- Technical Round โ Evaluates technical skills and role suitability
How to Schedule an Interview
- Open the Candidate List
- Click Schedule Interview next to the candidate
- Select the interview round type.
- Enter interview date and time.
- Add interviewer details
- Click Save
Evaluation Results
After each round, the interviewer updates the result:
| Result | Next Step |
|---|---|
| Passed | Move to next round or onboarding |
| Failed | Candidate does not proceed |
| On Hold | Decision pending |
| Rejected | Candidate is rejected |
| Rescheduled | Interview moved to a new date |
Result
Once a candidate passes all required interview rounds, HR can send login access to begin onboarding.
