Statutory Components to Configure

Provident Fund (PF)

How to Configure Statutory Rules

  1. Go to Payroll โ†’ Statutory Configuration
  2. Select the statutory component
  3. Enter applicable values
  4. Set effective date
  5. Save configuration

Review statutory configurations at the start of every financial year. Government-revised PF wage ceilings, ESI limits, and PT slabs must be updated in HRORA to keep payroll compliant.
