Asset Acknowledgement

How employees acknowledge assigned assets using the digital policy acceptance form.

After an asset is assigned, the employee must acknowledge receipt and accept company responsibility terms through a digital acknowledgement form.

How Employees Acknowledge an Asset

  1. Go to Asset Management โ†’ My Asset List
  2. Find the assigned asset with status Acknowledge Pending
  3. Click View Details
  4. Click Acknowledge Asset
  5. Read the policy acceptance form carefully
  6. Tick the acknowledgement checkbox
  7. Click Submit

Acknowledgement Form Includes

  • Employee name and designation
  • Company name
  • Asset details and specifications
  • Hardware configuration
  • Issuing authority terms
  • Employee responsibility declaration
  • Assigned date
  • Acknowledgement checkbox

After Acknowledgement

  • Asset status updates to In Use
  • Acknowledgement is recorded with date and timestamp
  • Admin can download the acknowledgement document

Go to Asset Management โ†’ Asset Acknowledge / Not Acknowledge List

Follow up with employees on the Not Acknowledge list regularly โ€” unacknowledged assets create accountability gaps especially during exit processes.
