Linking Accessories and Software
Link accessories and software items to main assets and manage accessory relationships.
IT Admin can link accessories and software items to a main asset to maintain a clear relationship between devices and supporting items.
How to Link an Accessory
- Open the asset from Asset List or Asset Details
- Click Link Accessory
- Select the accessory type
- Select the specific accessory
- Click Submit

- Microsoft 365
- Testing Software
- Mac Software
- Charger
- Mouse
- Keyboard
- RAM
- Other accessories
Linked Accessories View
Once linked, accessories appear in the Linked Accessories section of the Asset Details page.

| Category / Vendor | Classification of the accessory |
| Linked By | Admin who created the link |
| Linked Date | Date the link was created |
| Action | Unlink from asset |
How to Unlink an Accessory
- Open Asset Details → Linked Accessories
- Find the accessory to remove
- Click Unlink from Asset
- Confirm the action
Link all software licenses and accessories to the correct hardware asset during onboarding. This makes exit processing easier — you know exactly what needs to be returned with each device.
