Raising Asset Concerns
How employees report asset issues and how IT Admin tracks maintenance and repair status.
Employees can raise concerns for assigned assets when they experience issues, damage, or malfunctions. IT Admin tracks and updates the concern status.
How Employees Raise a Concern
- Go to Asset Management โ My Asset List
- Open the asset with the issue
- Click Raise a Concern
- Select the reporting person
- Add description of the issue
- Link an existing ticket if relevant
- Click Submit
Concern Form Fields

| Reporting To | IT Admin or HR person handling the concern |
| Description | Detailed description of the issue |
| Link Ticket | Search and link an existing HRORA ticket |
After Raising a Concern
- Concern appears in Assets and Concern List for IT Admin
- Asset status may update to Issue Report
- IT Admin reviews and updates maintenance status

Go to Asset Management โ Assets and Concern List โ Concern Tab
Available Status Options
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Issue | Concern raised, under review |
| Maintenance | Asset sent for servicing |
| Repaired | Asset fixed and ready |
| Damaged | Asset confirmed as damaged |
How to Update Concern Status
- Open Assets and Concern List
- Find the concern
- Click Action โ Change Status
- Select new status
- Add description
- Click Submit
Concern List Filters
- Search by asset name
- Filter by reported by
- Filter by reported to
- Filter by status
- Filter by date range
Employees should raise concerns immediately when they notice any issue with an assigned asset. Early reporting reduces damage escalation and helps IT Admin plan maintenance efficiently.
